Welcome — I’m Devecchio Turner, Ph.D., the founder of Isophyra Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, network engineering, and IT leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations protect what matters most while enabling innovation and growth.

 

I’ve had the privilege of serving in senior roles at Fortune 100 companies, including Executive Director & Sr. Principal Security Architect at JPMorgan Chase, IT Fellow at ExxonMobil, and now Technical Architect – Network Security at USAA. Over the years, I’ve led transformative initiatives such as enterprise zero-trust adoption, cloud migration programs, cyber recovery planning, and digital resiliency strategies—projects that safeguard global enterprises while unlocking new opportunities for scale and agility.

 

At the heart of my work is a simple philosophy: security should empower, not hinder, progress. I approach every engagement with a focus on resilience, alignment to business goals, and a future-ready mindset.

 

Outside of consulting and enterprise leadership, I’m deeply passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging security technologies. I also enjoy exploring fitness, cycling, and personal data analytics, where I apply the same curiosity and discipline I bring to my professional work.
